Email Marketing

The email work was about making lifecycle communication feel less like a drip campaign someone forgot to stop. The goal was simple: say the right thing, to the right segment, with enough context that people had a reason to move.

01

How I did it

I mapped the journey first: who was receiving what, when they were receiving it, and where the message was losing the plot.

Then I rewrote the flow around clearer intent. Each email needed one job, one useful angle, and one next step.

After launch, I looked at the performance data instead of pretending the first version was sacred. Weak subject lines, soft CTAs, and lazy sections got changed.

02

The reasons behind it

Email can quietly become clutter if it is built around what the team wants to say instead of what the reader needs next.

The system needed segmentation because not every lead was at the same stage or carrying the same objection.

A cleaner journey gave us a better read on what was actually working, instead of guessing from a pile of mixed signals.

03

The outcome

Email performance lifted by 68%.

The system reached a 45% open rate and 4% CTR.

The journey became easier to read, easier to improve, and less dependent on one-off campaign panic.

04

How I managed it all

I managed the work like a living system: strategy, copy, setup inputs, performance reads, and iteration notes in one loop.

I kept the writing and measurement close together so the next edit came from behavior, not just taste.

The process stayed practical: ship the version, read the numbers, tighten the next one.

More work

Same board, different mess.
