Even Healthcare / Influencer

Creator Ads

Healthcare content can get heavy very quickly. At Even, the job was to make influencer ads that explained care clearly, kept trust intact, and still worked in a feed where people scroll with absolutely no mercy.

01

How I did it

I studied healthcare concerns, customer objections, creator formats, opening hooks, and competitor communication before choosing what the videos needed to do.

I found creator profiles that could talk about healthcare without making it feel fake or overproduced.

I wrote scripts and briefs that translated services into simple, consumer-facing ideas.

Then I coordinated the creator side of the work: negotiation, usage rights, hospital shoots, doctor alignment, feedback, and turning the output into paid-ad concepts for Meta.

I also developed alternate hooks and openings from the same shoot so the Performance team could test more variations without restarting production every time.

02

The reasons behind it

Healthcare needs clarity first. If the viewer is confused, the ad is done.

Creator content made sense because it could make the service feel more human than a brand explaining itself from a distance.

The work had to balance trust and performance. Too polished, it feels like an ad. Too casual, it loses credibility.

03

The outcome

20+ creator partnerships managed.

The work translated hospital services into simpler, more watchable paid-social content.

The creator pipeline gave the brand more usable concepts for performance channels.

04

How I managed it all

I managed the chain from creator discovery to live-ready content, which means taste and follow-up in equal amounts.

I kept briefs direct so creators knew what mattered, while leaving enough room for them to sound like themselves.

I tracked deliverables, feedback, timelines, B-roll, audio notes, calls to action, and final usage needs so the campaign did not collapse into chat-thread archaeology.

More work

Same board, different mess.
