Creator Sourcing

Finding a creator and finding the right face for an advertisement are different jobs. For Meta, the person had to look natural on camera, communicate clearly, feel relatable, and make healthcare content believable.

01

How I did it

I researched creators across locations, languages, age groups, and content categories.

I reviewed on-camera presence, speaking style, previous collaborations, engagement quality, audience authenticity, and comfort with paid-ad usage rights.

Once a creator was selected, I managed outreach, negotiations, deliverables, scripts, briefs, timelines, revisions, and usage rights.

02

The reasons behind it

The biggest audience was not automatically the best paid-social asset. Natural delivery and audience fit mattered more.

Healthcare ads need relatability and credibility at the same time. The wrong creator can make the message feel either too casual or too polished.

Usage rights mattered because a good creator partnership needed to scale into UGC videos, collaboration reels, and multiple paid-ad versions.

03

The outcome

The process helped Even identify relevant faces for different audience segments.

It reduced dependence on traditional studio-led advertisements.

It made the ads feel more natural inside a social feed, which is a fairly good place for a social media ad to belong.

04

How I managed it all

I managed the creator pipeline from shortlist to final usable assets.

I worked with the Performance team to develop multiple opening hooks and content variations for testing.

I kept brand fit, performance potential, production clarity, and rights management in the same conversation so the work could actually be used after it was made.

More work

Same board, different mess.
